Consent to data processing by KiKxxl
By entering personal data in connection with the completion of the online application form, you consent to KiKxxl GmbH processing the data you have entered in accordance with the statutory provisions. The personal data you submit will be collected, processed and used exclusively for the purpose of processing your online application and will only be used to fill vacant positions within KiKxxl GmbH. We treat your data with absolute confidentiality and do not pass it on to third parties.
If you no longer wish to pursue your online application, you can withdraw it at any time in writing or by e-mail to datenschutz@kikxxl.de. After completion of the application process, or if you withdraw your application, your application data submitted as part of the online application will be deleted in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, but at the latest after a storage period of 6 months. In order to be able to recognize and trace any repeat applications, only your name, address and the application channel you have chosen will be stored after the application process has been completed. This does not affect your right to revoke your consent to the use of data at any time in writing or by e-mail to datenschutz@kikxxl.de with effect for the future, with the result that your data will be deleted immediately.
I agree that my application documents may be forwarded to partners of KiKxxl GmbH. I can revoke this declaration of consent at any time. An email to Kikxxl GmbH (info@kikxxl.de) is sufficient.
Subject matter
Personal data is only collected on our website in the event of a contact request (contact form) or an online application. Your usage data is stored anonymously in log files. Your current IP address, the date and time you accessed the page and the address of the page you accessed are stored here.
Earmarking
The personal data you provide will be collected, processed and used exclusively for the purpose of your application or contact request. Your data will be treated with absolute confidentiality and will not be passed on to third parties.
Data deletion
Data collected via the contact form will be deleted after processing, unless it is required for other business purposes (e.g. for contract initiation and information requests). Data collected through the online application will be treated in accordance with the document “Privacy Policy for Online Applications”. Usage data will be deleted after 28 days.
