‘Madamfo’ is the Ghanaian word for friend. In the Madamfo Ghana project, KiKxxl permanently sponsors eleven children who have been freed from slavery. In specific terms, every internal KiKxxl Contact Centre supports one sponsored child. Every contact centre has a designated KiKxxl contact responsible for communication with the children. To finance the project, KiKxxl pays a fixed percentage to the aid project on top of each employee bonus. This means that everyone makes their own contribution to the project and our employees do not suffer any financial disadvantages.
