KiKxxl introduces Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The world today is changing faster than ever and is becoming increasingly challenging. In this dynamic environment, it is important to feel good not only at work, but also in your entire environment. At KiKxxl, we attach great importance to our employees finding this balance. For this reason, we are pleased to introduce the new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) from 1 May 2024, which offers comprehensive support in various life situations.
Our external partner, pme Familienservice, has a network of more than 2,000 specialist advisors ready to help with personal, professional and family challenges. This service is completely anonymous and meets all the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), so our employees can discuss their concerns with confidence and security.
The EAP covers a wide range of services. Life coaching offers professional advice on numerous topics, including mental health, workplace conflicts, financial problems and relationship issues. For employees with children, there is special parenting advice and support in organizing childcare. The Homecare Eldercare program offers assistance with caring for relatives and provides support on topics such as care services, retirement homes or care services. In addition, the Work-Life Academy offers workshops and seminars to help our employees learn practical strategies for coping with stress and achieving a healthy work-life balance.
To make access to the EAP as easy as possible, employees can contact the pme Family Service by phone, online or even via WhatsApp. The service is available around the clock, 365 days a year. Another convenient option is the pme Familienservice online portal, which provides access to a wide range of resources.
With this new Employee Assistance Program, we want to offer our employees the support they need to master their daily challenges with more confidence. In the coming weeks, we will announce further details on the individual offers and hope that the EAP will help employees to lead a more balanced and healthier life.
