KiKxxl continues to expand abroad
New location in Athens with a view of the Acropolis
Athens/Osnabrück. In August, the communications service provider KiKxxl started operations at its new site in the Athens district of Moschato. On an area of around 910 square meters (70 square meters on the first floor, 840 square meters on the second floor) including additional training rooms, modern call center workplaces for up to 150 employees* are initially being created.
“With our fifth foreign location, we are responding to the increasingly loud call from our partners and clients for internationalization and multilingualism,” says Andreas Kremer, founder and managing director of KiKxxl GmbH. Already today, the communications service provider, founded in 1999 in Osnabrück, is active in customer support at 6 locations in Germany and 3 branches in Kosovo as well as another location in Turkey.
The new branch in Athens will also give the company access to new employee potential. Erden Yildirim, COO of KiKxxl GmbH: “Our clients want to continue to grow with us because of the excellent work that our employees do every day. This desire is increasingly taking us to the limits of what is feasible at our existing locations.” “The communication as well as the logistics between our headquarters and the new location were super. IT, building services and also the service providers in Greece worked hand in hand, enabling us to get off to a smooth start,” says Ralf Timmer, Head of Facility Management at KiKxxl, praising the entire process. For example, the floors used by KiKxxl were renovated according to the company’s wishes. In August, the first on-site training sessions for customer advisors took place here. KiKxxl only opened its newest branch in Istanbul, Turkey, in February 2022, where 50 employees are already working today. Further growth is also planned at the German locations.
KiKxxl will also present itself as a premium provider with its entry into the Greek call center market: High fixed salaries and attractive bonuses as well as extensive benefits such as private health insurance for customer advisors and various allowances, for example for travel expenses and meals, underline the appreciation for the demanding work of the employees*. “Through our offers for employees*, reputable clients and campaigns, but also through our own high quality standards, we will set a brand for all KiKxxl locations,” says Yildirim.
