A new project for Bottrop

After our move to the new offices, we now have a new project, which we will tackle in Bottrop. This is a well-known European bank that we will support in inbound as well as outbound.

We will take over the telephone customer / dealer inquiries with the main topics of the customer service. This mainly concerns vehicle financing, direct and goods financing, card products, deposit business and online banking.
