Career at KiKxxl
A “taster” turned into a professional home. In this interview, Frank tells us his KiKxxl story.
How did you come to KiKxxl?
Out of an emergency situation. After my apprenticeship, I worked briefly at my training company until jobs were cut there. I ended up here through my roommate at the time, who used to work at KiKxxl – originally just to get a taste of the call center. That was almost 15 years ago – with the same client. The interaction here is simply unique. The relaxed informality reflects our open cooperation. And the colleagues, I’m also on a friendly level with many of them. It’s simply a pleasure to come to work.
Current position & career:
I’ve always been a customer advisor. In addition to telephony, I was also allowed to help out in the back office thanks to the trust of my superiors. Then I got my coaching license – and suddenly I had three roles. As part of a reorganization, I’ve been a workforce manager since March.
I look after line management for around 24 inbound lines and see how we can deploy employees in the best possible way – taking performance and quotas into account. We currently manage three locations with around 250 employees – keeping an overview is sometimes challenging. But that’s exactly what makes the job so exciting: the tasks are very varied, just like the people.
What makes KiKxxl special for you?
Definitely the celebrations and the benefits – from the JobRad to the employee discounts. And if I had to describe KiKxxl in three words: family (to a certain extent), flexibility (thanks to the various working time models and uncomplicated arrangements) and of course – a good mood!
