Career at KiKxxl

Dominik is a senior team leader in Osnabrück and gives his all every day to motivate and strengthen his team and get them off to a flying start together. You can find out more about him in the interview:
How did you come to KiKxxl?
I started here in 2016 as a transition – actually only temporarily. But I really enjoyed the work and became real friends with some of my colleagues. So I stayed – and I’ve been here for years now! I originally trained as a bricklayer and drywaller, but my health meant I could no longer do that. I had heard a lot of positive things about KiKxxl and wanted to try my luck – one day later I was hired!
What was your career like?
In 2017, I trained directly as a coach, back then still in outbound. I now work in inbound and have continued to develop: I became a project coach in 2020, a trainee in 2021, a team leader later that year – and I’ve been a senior team leader since 2024. Today, I look after over 40 employees with my colleagues.
What do you enjoy?
KiKxxl is simply informal – you feel welcome here from day one. Whether you’re a trainee or a manager, we’re all on a first-name basis and treat each other as equals. The multicultural environment makes it particularly exciting: everyone is different, but everyone pulls in the same direction and pursues a common goal.
It’s great fun to be part of this team – but the biggest challenge is to maintain this team spirit every day.
