CallCenterProfi Ranking 2024

We are proud to hold it in our hands – not only the position in the CallCenterProfi ranking, but also the cover, on which we have found a special place!

In the CallCenterProfi Ranking 2024, we achieved a great 11th place out of 36 listed companies based on turnover! Even more impressive is our 4th place among the 24 owner-managed companies – a success we are very pleased about!

In this ranking, it’s not just how big we are, what turnover we generate or how many colleagues work for us that counts – but above all our transparency in a market that is often difficult to understand. As one of the largest owner-managed contact centers in Germany, we send a strong signal of openness and reliability.

These rankings are more than just a number for us. They are a real motivational boost and show that our constant commitment and continuous improvement are bearing fruit. They are not only a reason to be happy, but also an incentive to give our best for our customers and our team every day!

Compared to the CallCenterProfi Ranking 2023, in which we were able to secure 13th place out of 37 listed companies, we have improved significantly in just one year – even though there are even more top players!

We look back on the past few years with pride and look forward to the future with great anticipation. Our goal remains clear: we want to climb further up the ranking ladder and achieve even more!
