Career at KiKxxl

Stephan joined KiKxxl in 2015 and has since developed into an important part of the team with a lot of perseverance and a clear vision. In this interview, he tells us more about his journey.

How did you come to KiKxxl?

My journey began in 2015, when I was at a deep professional turning point. After many years in sales and some difficult experiences, I was looking for something new. I came across KiKxxl through a temporary employment agency. The atmosphere at KiKxxl was immediately a real plus for me and I decided to start here.

What helped you to develop at KiKxxl?

Above all, it was the opportunity to constantly take on new tasks and develop myself further. From joining the inbound team to the coach training programme, I have continuously taken on responsibility. I was able to develop in my role, particularly thanks to the training courses and the trust placed in me. I grew step by step from customer consultant to project manager. This development shows that commitment is recognised and encouraged at KiKxxl, regardless of where someone starts. KiKxxl can be a real career springboard for anyone who is prepared to keep at it. It was an ongoing process of learning and growth that gave me the chance to really show what I’m made of.

What do you value most about working at KiKxxl?

What I appreciate most is the incredible team spirit. At KiKxxl, it’s not just about the work, but also about working together. Colleagues support each other here, even in difficult times. When my wife fell seriously ill, I experienced this to the full: the team stood behind me and I was able to concentrate on my wife without having to worry about work. That’s something I really appreciate – a working environment that is not only professional, but also human.
