Setting sail together: Our management KiKoff 2025 on Friday, it was time for our managers to get on the boat, out on the water – and into the new financial year. In bright sunshine and high spirits, we boarded the Ruhrperle, where we were able to look back together at what lies behind us – and, above all, at what lies ahead.

Boarding started at 4 pm. A nice moment to shift down a gear and at the same time mentally shift into the next gear. Because that’s exactly what this year’s KiKoff was all about: looking back, sharing and moving on.

In a short speech, Andreas and Erden reviewed the past year – with all its challenges, successes and developments – and at the same time looked ahead to the coming months.

Afterwards, things got really entertaining: teamwork was required for the pub quiz – clever minds, creative answers and lots of laughs included. The winners were chosen that evening and have already been notified by us and can look forward to prizes for the team treasury!

Another highlight of the evening: Rick, our quick-draw artist. He not only conjured up portraits with a quick stroke and a lot of charm, but also created a great atmosphere.

Of course, the physical well-being was not neglected either: A varied buffet, delicious drinks and lots of good conversation rounded off the evening perfectly. And the weather showed us its best side.

Our conclusion: a successful start with real team spirit, good energy and plenty of desire for what lies ahead. We are looking forward to the new financial year – and everything we will create together.
