A breath of fresh air at KiKxxl: Our new trainees are here!

Friday was the day – our new trainees started at KiKxxl! An exciting moment, not only for the trainees themselves, but also for us. Because every year brings fresh faces, new perspectives and lots of motivation to the team.

This year’s team includes trainees in the fields of dialog marketing, office management and IT specialist for system integration – spread across our locations in Osnabrück, Dortmund and Bremen.

Of course, we had prepared a short program to get everyone off to a good start and give them an immediate impression of what to expect at KiKxxl. After a relaxed round of introductions, we started with group work, a photo session and lunch together at Freizeichen – perfect for getting to know each other.

Afterwards, there was a short tour of the company before the more official topics were on the agenda: Occupational safety, IT training and the introduction of the works council and JAV.

The next few weeks will be all about arriving, settling in and getting a feel for the company. It is clear to us that good training is more than just theory and practice – it is also about trust, team spirit and personal development.
