Expansion in Turkey: New prospects in Istanbul and Antalya

The demand for our services in Turkey is growing rapidly and we are delighted to be able to accompany this new momentum with an exciting move! In Istanbul, we have filled our current location to capacity – a great endorsement of our success. But now we have received another large order in the service sector, which has prompted us to rent an additional space that will provide room for around 70 customer advisors.

Preparations for the expansion have been in full swing since October and the work is progressing according to plan. Our IT and building services team will be on site at the beginning of January to push ahead with the expansion. The first training courses for new colleagues will start at the end of January, followed by a second round at the beginning of February. We are full of anticipation that the site will soon be fully operational and that we will be able to meet the increased requirements with renewed vigor!

At the same time, we have taken a further step towards expansion in Antalya. After intensive deliberations and viewings, we have set our sights on a new office in the sought-after location of Lara, right by the sea. The location will offer space for 95 customer advisors and is intended to create an attractive working environment in one of the best areas of Antalya. We are currently in the final negotiations regarding rental agreements, conversion measures and other details. With this new location, we are not only strengthening our presence in Turkey, but also creating the basis for further growth and even better service for our customers.

The expansion in Istanbul and Antalya is an important step towards increasing our capacities, providing optimal support for our teams and continuing to respond flexibly to the needs of our customers. We are excited about the next milestones and look forward to continuing to grow successfully in the future with state-of-the-art offices and motivated teams.
