KiKxxl Antalya – Successful start for our second location in Turkey

The starting signal has been given: Our new location in Antalya has been open since June 10 – another milestone for KiKxxl. It has been clear for some time that we wanted to further expand our presence in Turkey. The experience in Istanbul has been consistently positive – and the desire for development and growth has driven us forward.

Looking back, the first day could hardly have gone better. With 12 motivated colleagues, the kick-off was a complete success. The mix of four employees in the MoFu area and eight in the fixed-line team immediately created a good dynamic in the new office. The start was supported by the personal presence of Erden, which gave the day a special significance.

An initial group meeting with a round of introductions helped everyone get to know each other – and laid the foundations for an open, collegial atmosphere. The atmosphere was relaxed, helpful and committed right from the start. After just a few hours, it was clear that we were building a real team.

The environment was also right: Good organization, delicious food and plenty of fresh watermelon ensured that even the Turkish midday heat couldn’t harm us. The first positive feedback on the atmosphere and cooperation was not long in coming – a strong signal for the new location.

Why Antalya? The decision was strategically well-considered: The city has many advantages – a high quality of life, a lively infrastructure and plenty of well-trained, German-speaking specialists. Antalya is also exciting from a business perspective: competition is less dense than in other major cities in Turkey, which offers us ideal conditions for building up our new team. The fact that the location also scores with its proximity to the airport, short distances to the beach and a breathtaking panorama makes it all the more attractive. Our new office is located in a former shopping center – a modern conversion with generous space and a central location. A place that offers space for development and is a perfect fit for KiKxxl.

The next steps will follow soon: Further recruitment, training and expansion of the teams. A total of 120 customer advisor positions are planned – and with the spirit of the first day behind us, we are looking forward to everything that is to come.
