KiKxxl goes Antalya – Our second location in Turkey opens!

KiKxxl continues to expand in Turkey – and opens a new location in Antalya! Why Antalya in particular? It’s simple: the city on the Mediterranean not only offers an impressive quality of life, but also a large potential of German-speaking specialists – a decisive factor for us. In addition, the competition there is less concentrated than in other Turkish cities, which gives us excellent starting conditions. Another plus: the proximity to the airport, the short distance to the beach and the view of the snow-capped mountains also make this location a real visual highlight. Antalya is a huge city with a lively old town and good infrastructure – an exciting place for our next chapter.

A building with a history – and a future: the building we are moving into used to be a shopping center. Today it houses modern office space and doctors’ surgeries – KiKxxl is the only contact center here. So it’s ideal for a strong, independent presence in an attractive environment.

From planning to conversion: during our last visit to the site, we worked with the team to plan the necessary conversion work. Where will the workstations be located? Which rooms do we need? And how can we create an inviting reception area?

Some minor work has already been completed. The finishing touches are now being added in detail: at our next meeting in two weeks with the craftsmen on site, wall heights, foiling and much more will be finalized. Basically, the structures will remain the same – the rooms previously housed a call center. Nevertheless, we are adapting everything to our requirements: new glass surfaces, fresh carpeting, modern design – creating a bright, open and inviting working environment.

The countdown is on: the furniture is due to be delivered and assembled as early as mid-May. And operations will start in June! We are planning 102 customer advisor positions, initial training courses and, of course, a strong team to fill the new location with life. At the same time, recruitment and induction planning are in full swing – because we need colleagues to help out on site and support the start in Antalya.

With Antalya, KiKxxl is not only gaining a strategically smart location, but also an exceptionally attractive one. Antalya will be more than just a new point on the map – it will be a place for new opportunities, ideas and team spirit. The slideshow provides an insight into the current status at the end of March. We are now looking forward to the next steps – and to putting our signature on the location step by step.
