3,333 colleagues – a reason to celebrate!

Some numbers just have something special about them – and 3,333 is definitely one of them. Because that’s exactly how many people are now part of KiKxxl. A milestone that makes us proud and shows how far we have come.

What started small in 1999 is now a company with 3,333 employees at various locations in Germany, Kosovo, Greece and Turkey. When we passed the 500-employee mark for the first time in 2008, few would have thought that we would be more than six times that number today. A lot has happened since then: We have grown, opened up new countries and markets, opened modern offices – and, above all, found people who want to work with us to shape the future.

For us, these 3,333 are not just a number. They stand for team spirit, cohesion and a great deal of commitment. And for that we say: Thank you! Thank you to everyone who gives their best every day. And because beautiful things are meant to be shared, we are passing on some of this happiness: with a total donation of 3,333 euros, we are supporting three organizations that are close to our hearts – the Löwenherz children’s hospice, Madamfo Ghana e.V. and the Neven Subotić Foundation will each receive 1,111 euros.

Celebrating together is simply part of KiKxxl – which is why there is also a special internal campaign for all colleagues: some have already answered three questions in the video – openly, honestly and with a lot of heart. Internally, all colleagues are invited to answer these questions themselves! Anyone who takes part has the chance to win one of three vouchers worth 333.30 euros.
